Membership Cancellation Follow-up Camaign

Project Description

The purpose of this task was to assist my client with several areas they needed assistance:
  • Clean up existing Infusionsoft campaigns
  • Build/Configure new Infusionsoft campaigns
  • Review existing Infusionsoft campaigns to determine whether they can/should be removed.
  • Assist with setting up funnel(s) for several additional clients as part of a long-term working relationship
I worked with my client to help them clean up their Infusionsoft tags, campaigns, and contacts by performing an audit and documenting my findings and recommendations. From there, I worked with my client to understand what they needed to have changed based on my recommendations.
In addition to this, I also used PlusThis to calculate how long a cancelled member was a member, and store that value within Infusionsoft, so my client could follow up with past members based on length of membership.
This contract ended on great terms with my client being satisfied with the successful completion of the requested work.
