Project Description
The main goal for this task was to automate various aspects of a training program that were previously being handled manually by the client. Steps that needed to be automated included sending emails to contacts, scheduling online meetings, and receiving NPS survey results to help my client know what his customers think of various aspects of the course.
I worked with the client to set email automation, as well as integration with their ScheduleOnce account. When contacts schedule a meeting via ScheduleOnce, they are tagged in Infusionsoft. I also worked with the client to set up Zapier integrations with several programs, including Zoom, Infusionsoft, Eventbrite, and ScheduleOnce. We also worked together to set up campaigns for meetings that market to contacts differently, depending on whether they attend the meeting or not.
This contract ended on very good terms with the client being satisfied with the completed work.
